An old Villa now restored in the typical Tuscan style, located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and practically halfway between Florence (25 KM) and Siena (35 KM) and in the center of the Tuscany region.
We are at only 800 metres form the center if Greve in Chianti: 10 minutes walking.
When you return from your excursions and outings, you mayu relaxe on the terrace or in the garden overlooking the Chianti hills. Possibility to cook something in our barbecue or, use our self service honesty bar, drink a good Chianti wine, spirits, aperitifs, fruit juices, drinks and snacks.
Here you can stay all year round and enjoy all the comforts of the country without giving up the tranquility of a typical country house.

The three rooms available to our guests are large, in the typical Tuscan style and in warm pastel colors and each with a private bathroom with shower, maintaining a touch of modernity. They have TV (with Italian channels only), coffee table, wardrobe, comfortable chairs, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. All rooms have central heating and air conditioning. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with the possibility of renting an apartment for 2/3 people. We take care of both bed linen and towels. We have a free Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Breakfast is self catering: this means that you will find everything you need in your room to prepare it in complete autonomy and then decide to eat it in your room or on our terrace or in the garden. You will find salty products (ham, salami and cheese) as well as the classic sweet products (bread, dessert, butter, milk, jams and spreadable chocolate, sweet and wholemeal croissants, white and wholemeal rusks, corn flakes, fruit muesli, yogurt, fruit juices and water). You can also prepare coffee, hot chocolate, tea and infusions.

My name is Gabriele and together with my wife Sabrina we take care of the Bed and Breakafst, from the reception to the cleaning. We have 2 adult children.
I worked for 12 years as a receptionist in a hotel and for 10 years as a trainer at a software company that produced hotel management programs throughout Italy.
My wife has gained considerable experience working as a chamber maid in a Hotel.
We think that feeling good on holiday is essential and few factors make it possible. One of these is definitely finding a clean environment where you can relax and feel like at home. To this we try to add a welcoming spirit and a lot of love for our work.
We try to do our best to make guests feel welcome and like at home, making ourselves available for any useful information. However, we like to respect the privacy of our guests, without being too intrusive, so that they can enjoy their holiday, relax and appreciate the beauty of Chianti.
Area suburbs
We are just 800 meters from the famous Piazza di Greve, 200 meters from both the bus stop (SITA) for Florence and the municipal swimming pool and related sports facilities (tennis and soccer with synthetic grass). A few steps away you have the possibility to rent bikes and scooters to explore the surroundings independently or with a guide. At 500 meters you can visit one of the most well-stocked Enoteca Shop in Chianti and its Wine Museum with an Enobib Library with works from the 1700s, 1800s and 1900s, a permanent exhibition of collectible corkscrews, the possibility of tasting more than 140 types of wines, oils, saint and salami, themed film projections and free consultation of the database "Le Fattorie del Chianti Classico".
The privileged position allows you to quickly reach all the most characteristic Tuscan villages and towns: Montefioralle, Badia a Passignano, Panzano, Radda, Castellina, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Volterra, Colle Val d'Elsa...From here you can visit also all the castles and the most famous villas of Chianti: Verrazzano (here lived Giovanni who crossed the Atlantic and discovered the Bay of New York), Vicchiomaggio, Vignamaggio (where it is said that the Mona Lisa painted by Leonardo da Vinci lived), Meleto, Brolio, all the most famous producers of wine and oil of the famous Chianti Classico and the related farms. In addition, the other artistic cities of Tuscany can be easily reached by car: as well as Florence and Siena, also Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia...
We will be happy to organize tastings in the local vineyard some within walking distance and others by car: it is only necessary to inform us in advance for booking.

Tennis court just 5 minutes walk away with the possibility of organizing individual and group tennis lessons.
