ROOM RATE: Double room from €. 65,00 to €. 85,00 per night including Breakfast, Tax and Service; Double room for single use discount of 20%; Third bed from €. 15,00 to €. 25,00 per night.

- On request Lunch or Dinner from €. 20,00 to €. 25,00 per person.

- Discount on the room rate for stay longer than 3 nights (only for room renting)

APARTMENT DAILY RATE: up to 2 persons €. 75,00; for 3 persons €. 90,00; for 4 persons €. 120,00 and for 5/6 persone €. 160,00.

APARTMENT WEEKLY RATE: up to 2 persons €. 490,00; for 3 persons €. 590,00; for 4 persons €. 790,00 and for 5/6 persons €. 1.100,00.

Booking: either by e-mail or telephone and we will confirm definitively after receiving the 30% of deposit either by bank transfer (in this case we will provide the bank details) or international postal order.

Check in: from 1.00 PM

Check out: before 10.00 AM

For different arrival and departure time please advise in advance when you make the reservation.

Room Cleaning: in the price is included the dayly cleaning, for stay longer than 1 week, with changing of sheets and towels.

Apartment Cleaning: final cleaning €. 15,00 up to 3 people; for more people €. 5,00 per person

Cancellation policy:

- 30% of the whole stay in case of cancellation 3 weeks before the arrival day

- 50% of the whole stay in case of cancellation 5 days before the arrival day

- 100% of the whole stay in case of cancellaion at the last minute or 1 day before the arrival day

Anyway please note we are flexible!!

Payment: to settle preferibly the day before your departure by cash, bank cheque or Euro travel cheques. Please note we do not accept any credit card.
